Center Elementary School: Braden & Zack
There were three things Braden enjoyed more than anything else.
1. Ben Ten
2. Pulling pranks
3. Teasing Zack
If there was an option to do any of those three things, he would do it before playing a game of basketball. Even as a second-grader, he still had high dreams of becoming a pro basketball player. But, for now, messing with Zack was enough to bring Braden joy.
One day, Braden saw Zack out washing his dad’s car. He walked over and asked if he could help. Zack turned to him and tilted his head slightly. His missing front teeth were obvious when he looked confused. Braden had to force himself to keep a straight face as Zack contemplated if he could help or not.
When Zack finally said he could, Braden picked up a sponge and started to wash the car along with Zack. He actually looked like he was going to help until he walked up behind Zack and pulled at his underwear band, giving him a wedgie. The batman briefs were enough to make Braden laugh.
“When are you going to grow up and wear big boy underwear?”
“Like you don’t still wear Ben Ten underwear.” Zack said with his particular speech of slurring words together.
“I don’t.” Braden squinted his eyes. How dare he try to call him out. Braden tackled him down to the ground and pinned Zack’s arms to the ground, sitting on him.
Zack squirmed.
Braden dropped his head down slowly and kissed Zack’s lips. Kissing was something he had been having interest in when he watched movies. And he wanted to feel it. So, he puckered his lips and placed them on Zack’s lips. When Zack didn’t do anything, Braden slid his tongue into Zack’s mouth. Still nothing. Kissing was stupid. He got off of Zack and went inside his house.
